Our Community
Cole Brown Estates is a small community with 44 home sites and a community building/clubhouse. Featuring onsite walking trails, and recreation area. Also, enjoy golfing, skiing, mountains, ocean, restaurants, shopping, and medical facilities, which are all nearby.
All homes are manufactured housing 28ft wide. they are vinyl sided with architectural shingles, and attached garages. These homes are highly efficient and tastefully appointed. All home sites are situated in a wooded location, and lots range from 6700 to 24000 square feet. This community is served by city water and sewer and is metered individually to each home site and is paid by the resident.
Sales price of our homes include a one year warranty, all site work, set up construction of 4' frost walls and concrete basement floor, sewer and water connections, central air, garage and overhead door with remote, landscaping with 3-6 shrubs and 1-2 trees, paver walkways, sod lawn, and a paved driveway. Every home in Cole Brown Estates carries and Energy Star Certification.
Community management will maintain the streets, sidewalks, area lighting, recreation area, weekly curbside rubbish removal and clubhouse which is all included in your home site lease. Maintenance home site packages will be offered for those who do not want to deal with mowing lawns, driveway and sidewalk snow removal, spring and fall clean up, and mulching of landscaped areas. The average monthly cost of your home site mainence package is $100. The home site lease is currently $300 and will be adjusted annual according to the consumer price index.
